Dr. Jessica was first introduced to chiropractic as an adolescent. It got her back up and functioning after a volleyball injury. Since then, chiropractic has been an integral part of her life. Fun fact: when she started her university journey she worked at Active Chiropractic as a
receptionist and was persuaded by Dr. Craig and Dr. Nicole to pursue a career in chiropractic. Upon completing her chiropractic prerequisites in 2008 she moved to Minneapolis, MN to commence her chiropractic studies at Northwestern Health Sciences University.
In 2011 she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelors of Science degree in Human Biology as well as her Doctorate of Chiropractic. Upon graduation she moved back to Saskatoon, SK to begin her calling as a chiropractor. She rejoined Active Chiropractic as a chiropractor in 2013
after spending a year learning in another practice.
As a chiropractor Dr. Jessica believes that our health is our heritage. She meets you where you are and works towards your greater health and wellbeing. Typical treatment consists of tailored
chiropractic adjustments, muscle work and home care recommendations to suite your lifestyle.
Dr. Jessica’s other top value is family. Which is why she believes in caring for the whole family from infancy to old age. She has a love for babies and pregnancy care; so she pursued postgraduate education in pediatrics and maternity care through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA). She has been certified in the Webster technique since 2011 and
received her Certification by the Academy Council of Chiropractic Pediatrics (CACCP) in 2017. She is currently pursuing their Perinatal Certification as well.
When not at the practice (which is a lot) you will find her spending time with her daughter Sadie and her partner Cody. They love being outdoors and she spends a lot of time gardening, hunting, fishing and playing slopitch.

Peyton is originally from Prince Albert, SK, but moved to Saskatoon in 2018 for massage therapy school. She grew up being either at the dance studio, the golf course, or the ball diamonds. Peyton has been teaching dance for the last 9 years and loves being able to coach the little ones about proper form and how their muscles move so they can perform better!
While nannying for a massage therapist post high school, Peyton really took an interest in her work, ability to remove people’s discomfort, and improve their physical health which inspired her to follow in her footsteps. She attended the same school as her mentor and graduated in January of 2020 with Great Distinction and received the “Outstanding Performance” award in her class.
In recent years, after seeing the results and improvements this technique has provided to her clients (grown ups and not-so-grown-ups), and her own injuries she has experienced, Peyton has become a Specialist in RAPID NeuroFascial Reset, and continues to do further training with them.
During a typical treatment with me you can expect a combination of Swedish, Deep Tissue, and RAPID NFR techniques to help you alleviate any pain and discomfort you experience.
